You'll join a team building a next-generation trading application on Solana's ecosystem. Your core impact will be designing and developing low-latency systems for on-chain markets. This role combines deep systems engineering with product thinking in a fast-moving, technically ambitious setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build core systems for a 0-to-1 trading platform
• Develop low-latency services integrated with Solana's block-building pipeline
• Own order routing, execution logic, and real-time market data
• Implement robust security practices for transaction signing and key management

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems
• Proficiency in systems programming languages such as Rust, C++, Go
• Track record of building reliable, low-latency production systems
• Security-first mindset including awareness of attack surfaces and key management

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with blockchain systems, especially Solana
• Understanding of market microstructure, MEV, or execution quality
• Experience with trading systems, DeFi protocols, or exchange infrastructure
