💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end customer deployments for EliseAI's next-generation AI products, taking future platform products from early customer promise to live, business-impacting deployments. You'll build repeatable playbooks and processes to scale engagements rapidly while maintaining quality. This is a high-autonomy, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, strategy, and execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer deployments from sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning with customer stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders with clear project plans
• Drive product configuration, data migration, and successful adoption

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or founder/operator roles
• strong technical intuition demonstrated by STEM degree or equivalent technical background
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in a client-facing setting
• Willingness to work in person 4-5 days per week
