You'll serve as an internal expert for Excel and data-related issues while leading practical adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organization. This hands-on role focuses on real operational challenges and delivering training to help teams work smarter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as internal expert for Excel and data issues in NSP operations
• Analyze workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
• Lead practical usage of Microsoft Copilot across M365 tools
• Design and deliver role-based training for operations staff

📋 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query preferred)
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or low-code automation tools
• Prior experience supporting operational or finance-heavy teams
