💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical and production vision for TIFIN@Work, an AI financial assistant for the workplace. Your impact will span architecture through delivery, including direct responsibility for engineering direction across AI, LLM systems, and platform. You'll report to the CEO and shape company strategy as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize technical roadmaps including model strategy and system scalability
• Direct engineering and LLM teams across platform development and AI systems
• Establish engineering quality bars for evaluation, testing, monitoring, and reliability
• Ensure systems meet enterprise requirements for security, compliance, and auditability

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in product management
• Track record shipping AI systems that operate reliably under real-world constraints
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, failure modes, and evaluation techniques
