💼 About This Role

You'll provide end-to-end technical leadership across the Jumper AI / Conversational Commerce platform, spanning backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure. You'll operate at the architecture layer, guiding teams building event-driven orchestration engines and multi-channel messaging systems. This role balances product velocity with long-term platform health.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve platform architecture across backend, frontend, and cloud.
• Lead design for workflow orchestration engines and commerce platforms.
• Establish architectural principles and standards for cross-team scalability.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence cross-team technical decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years building large-scale production-grade software systems
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and event-driven platforms
• Strong hands-on backend system design using Python or Golang
• Proven experience designing workflow engines or stateful execution platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as Staff Engineer or Platform Architect
• Experience with SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)
• Worked on revenue-critical or regulated systems
