💼 About This Role

You'll execute end-to-end payroll processing for North America and globally, reporting to the Senior Director. You'll ensure accuracy and compliance while administering benefits. This is a hands-on practitioner role, not just oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and US
• Manage payroll inputs, calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Administer Canada and US benefits including health, retirement plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, state, and international payroll legislation

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience with 3+ years in a Payroll Lead or Manager role
• Hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll
• Payroll certification required (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

• Experience with global payroll (EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
• Experience administering North American and international benefits
