Description
You will lead and develop a Select Enterprise Sales team at Samsara, driving the adoption of IoT solutions for physical operations. This role involves coaching Account Executives, collaborating with executives on performance metrics, and coordinating with support teams to achieve objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising a sales team in Eastern Canada in a management capacity
- Proven track record of training, spearheading, and motivating enterprise sales teams
- Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology
- 8+ years of technology sales experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a team or high overachievement as an individual contributor in Enterprise SaaS sales
Responsibilities
- Implement effective coaching and development of Account Executives
- Collaborate with executive team to develop performance metrics
- Coordinate involvement of Field Sales Engineers and support teams to meet objectives
- Champion and embed cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, etc.)
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team
