You'll serve as the central technical point of contact for customers in the sales funnel, driving product activation during trials and proof of concepts. Your core impact will be enabling Account Executives and ensuring a world-class customer experience. This role stands out with a US$75M Series C scaling to process 100 billion risk signals daily.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Support prospects during trials and proof of concepts.
- Identify prospect pain points and influence their requirements.
- Assist with customer security assessments and RFPs.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the trial experience.
📋 Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as a Sales Engineer at a B2B SaaS company
- Solutions-driven problem solver with curiosity
- Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing role

- Information Technology or Software Engineering degree
- Experience or keen interest in cybersecurity
