🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Drive implementation of complex features from design to deployment
• Mentor engineers through pair programming and code reviews
• Identify and prototype new technologies to improve team effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, or Go
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and elevate team performance

• Proven technical leadership experience on one or more teams
• Experience leading multi-team projects or system migrations
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design or Event-Driven Architecture
