Description
You will manage relationships with Resell Partners or GSI/BPO Partners, driving partner engagement and ensuring they have the resources to deliver value to customers. You'll oversee partner programs, support onboarding, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize partner performance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Ability to travel up to 20% regional; some international travel
Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for assigned partners
- Manage partner programs, enablement activities, and readiness initiatives
- Monitor partner performance and provide guidance to optimize results
- Collaborate with internal teams (Success, Sales, Support, Product) to ensure seamless partner support
- Share best practices and support partner onboarding and training
