Requirements

• Master's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
• Professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP)
• Fluency in French
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conversing with the model in English and French on real-world manufacturing scenarios
• Verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capturing reproducible error traces
• Suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Documenting failure modes to harden model reasoning
