You'll join the Fraud Operations team to review potentially fraudulent transactions, applications, and identity theft claims. You'll action daily fraud cases and monitor live transaction activity to identify high-risk patterns. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge risk platforms in a fast-growing fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and decision first-party fraud queue cases daily
• Monitor live transaction activity for high-risk patterns
• Manage customer dispute claims from start to finish
• Drive improved fraud KPI performance

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in first-party fraud investigations
• Ability to identify patterns in complex situations
• Strong analytical skills to track and meet KPIs
