๐ผ About This Role
You'll build Arago's People function from scratch as we scale from 50 to a global deep tech company. You'll own compensation, performance, talent development, and organizational design across three hubs. You'll report directly to the CEO and sit on the leadership team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and lead talent acquisition, people ops, L&D, performance, and culture.
- Design compensation philosophy covering cash, equity, leveling, and benchmarking across geographies.
- Define performance management, career growth, and development programs.
- Partner with CEO on org design, headcount planning, and key hires.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in People/HR roles with at least 3 years in leadership at a fast-scaling startup or scale-up.
- Track record of building People functions from scratch including comp, performance, L&D, and HR ops.
- Strong experience designing and running compensation frameworks (cash, equity, leveling) in technical organizations.
- Comfort operating across multiple geographies with knowledge of labor frameworks in France, US, and ideally Israel.
