🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate reinsurance transaction documents
• Provide legal guidance on transactional and regulatory matters
• Monitor federal and state legislation affecting reinsurance

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing
• 3–5 years of legal experience at a major law firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex transactions
