🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text
• Review credit, income, and asset documents for compliance
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of mortgage operations experience
• Experience managing a borrower pipeline with daily client communication
• Preferably experience with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products
