You'll lead the design of agentic AI experiences to help customers plan their business, defining new interaction modalities for the AI era. You'll build a design vision and manage a team of designers, researching user needs and creating end-to-end user experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design process from problem definition to production
• Conduct exploratory research and create user journey maps
• Design innovative solutions and highly functional user interfaces
• Mentor and provide guidance to designers in your team

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as a product designer on complex B2B software
• Experience designing agentic AI experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative user-centric experiences
• Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript, and React
