Description

You will serve as a key liaison between search and cross-functional teams, driving multi-channel strategies, managing direct reports, and leading innovative tests and learning initiatives. You'll own strategic direction for SEM accounts, analyze performance data, and present insights to clients while helping scale successful tactics across the organization.

Requirements

  • Substantial agency experience
  • Expert in Google, Bing, and other search partners
  • Advanced knowledge of at least two bidding platforms (Marin, Kenshoo, SA360)
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between search and cross-functional teams for multi-channel strategy
  • Manage team development, including L&D and morale
  • Set account goals and objectives, approved by Director
  • Translate briefs into strategy, monitor success and drive pivots
  • Lead scalable tests and learns, share with wider team
