You'll own architecture and implementation of full-stack systems for a Physical AI Scientist platform that operates scientific instruments with human-level dexterity. You'll set technical direction, write code daily, and grow a small team of talented engineers. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own architecture and implementation of full-stack systems end-to-end
• Design and implement user experiences that spark customer joy
• Build internal tools to support and scale robotic fleet deployments
• Set technical direction and quality bar for full-stack engineering
• Grow a small team of full-stack engineers through hiring and mentoring

📋 Requirements

• Python proficiency
• React or similar front-end experience
• TypeScript experience
• Significant backend system design and implementation experience
