You'll drive inventory accuracy and operational efficiency in a Florence retail location. Your impact ensures seamless stockroom standards and supports the team in delivering mindful movement to yogis. This role offers direct leadership of operations associates and close partnership with the Visual Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor replenishment
• Support visual standards and safe stockroom operations
• Directly oversee and develop operations associates

📋 Requirements

• Prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
• Proof of right to live and work in Italy from start of employment
