You'll act as the critical link between enterprise clients and internal delivery teams, translating operational needs into structured requirements that guide product execution. Your core impact will be ensuring alignment from discovery through deployment in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with clients to gather, clarify, and prioritize business requirements.
• Own client-facing engagement during onboarding, scoping, and delivery.
• Support engineering teams by providing context and resolving ambiguity.
• Identify customer patterns and formalize repeatable frameworks and processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, solutions consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
• 2+ years in a software company, ideally SaaS or composable platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with APIs, data workflows, or developer tools.
• Experience in consulting, onboarding, or implementation roles.
• Based in or willing to travel to Los Angeles (15-20%).
