Description

You will own the full lifecycle of asset and vulnerability management scanning, design cloud and on-prem deployments, and collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to reduce threats to Okta's infrastructure. This role is critical for securing identity in the AI era.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently on infrastructure deployment and troubleshooting
• Experience architecting and operating self-hosted vulnerability management solutions in AWS for regulated environments
• Proficiency in AWS core services (S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.)
• Experience with Lambda or serverless computing for automation
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in a technology-centric company and building vulnerability scanning in highly regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of Asset and Vulnerability Management scanning and reporting infrastructure
• Assess new scan technologies for business value
• Monitor and respond to security inquiries, incidents, and vulnerability details
• Contribute to processes for accelerated remediation of critical vulnerabilities and zero-days
• Support audit, governance, risk, and compliance teams with regulatory standards
