Description

You will provide technical support for OMS and POS systems, develop and maintain APIs, and collaborate with teams to enhance retail operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer with hands-on retail industry operations and commerce data infrastructure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Expertise in Event-Driven Architecture and message brokers (e.g., SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
• Knowledge of OMS and POS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for OMS and POS systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop and maintain APIs and middleware.
• Track and document support requests and incidents using a ticketing system.
• Analyze incident trends to identify recurring issues and recommend proactive measures.
• Work closely with software developers to validate changes and conduct regression testing.
