💼 About This Role

You'll build the Cloud Analytics Infrastructure group at NICE, orchestrating AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows. You'll deliver innovative AI-driven features directly to customers in a fast-paced, agentic environment. Experimentation and ownership are expected.

🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years in Java and cloud development
• AI Automation experience with tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or automation frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building distributed, production-grade systems at scale
• Hands-on development with AWS services
• Strong background in Spring / Spring Boot
