Description

You will design and lead cross-functional programs that help customers realize measurable value from AlayaCare at scale. This involves grouping customers into portfolios, building repeatable programs, owning the feedback loop, and managing program delivery and measurement.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years experience in project management or customer success in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Experience in SaaS or post-acute care software solutions.
  • University degree in business, commerce, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of customer groups and design, launch, and manage recurring programs.
  • Define and build the Program Management function for Scaled Customer Success.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Translate qualitative/quantitative inputs into program charters and roadmaps.
  • Monitor program performance against KPIs and adjust plans accordingly.
