Requirements

  • 2 years customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication
  • Ability to handle emotional calls with empathy and patience
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems

Responsibilities

  • Answer general customer service inquiries, process enrollments, handle complaints, and troubleshoot product issues
  • Manage high volume of inbound calls and deliver a positive experience
  • Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning solutions with customer needs
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience team to provide high-quality support
