Requirements
- 2 years customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication
- Ability to handle emotional calls with empathy and patience
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Responsibilities
- Answer general customer service inquiries, process enrollments, handle complaints, and troubleshoot product issues
- Manage high volume of inbound calls and deliver a positive experience
- Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning solutions with customer needs
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls
- Collaborate with Customer Experience team to provide high-quality support
