💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive all aspects of real estate development to establish ground infrastructure in the Phoenix region. You'll manage site identification through permitting and construction, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop pre-construction strategies for entitlements and permits
• Manage construction projects and site infrastructure installations
• Build relationships with city managers and council members
• Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4+ years of experience in real estate development or construction
• Proven ability to manage entitlements and permits for infrastructure projects
• 75%+ travel within the Sunbelt region

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with public meetings and city council engagements
• Familiarity with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
