You'll coordinate the driving licensing journey for eMobility customers, working with driving schools and regulatory bodies. You'll ensure seamless progression from enrollment to fully licensed rider. This role sits at the heart of M-KOPA's Mobility operations in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Coordinate class enrollment and learner attendance tracking
  • Manage issuance and maturation of Provisional/Interim Driving Licenses
  • Follow up with NTSA for timely Smart Driving License processing
  • Track rider enrollment metrics and customer conversion timelines

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations execution or coordination role
  • Demonstrated experience working with third-party partners or vendors
  • Hands-on experience with data entry, record management, and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), email platforms, and digital dashboards

  • Familiarity with regulatory or licensing environments such as NTSA processes
  • Prior exposure to customer care or front-line support functions
