You'll own a portfolio of SaaS systems end-to-end, ensuring lifecycle management and integration health. This role stands out for operating the global office network and zero-trust mesh across multiple locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage endpoint devices and on-site IT support.
• Own SaaS application lifecycle and integrations.
• Operate global office network and zero-trust mesh.
• Handle Tier-2 escalations and collaborate with InfoSec.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with endpoint management (MDM, Intune).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPN, firewalls, DNS).
• Experience with SaaS administration (IAM, SAML/SCIM).

✨ Nice to Have

• macOS and Windows administration at scale.
• Cloud network security across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with Okta, Jamf, CrowdStrike, or similar.
