You'll own the post-onboarding relationship for a portfolio of brands enrolled in Fulfilled by Faire, sitting at the intersection of customer success, strategic account management, and operational consulting. Your core impact is driving brand retention, SKU penetration, and consolidation of non-Faire wholesale volume onto the platform. This commercially-oriented role offers a unique opportunity to translate operational metrics into commercial conversations and help shape the playbook for a growing program.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own QBR/MBR cadence and deliver structured business reviews for your brand portfolio
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with brand stakeholders (founder, ops lead, sales director)
  • Maintain a real-time risk register and activate retention protocols for at-risk brands
  • Map each brand's total wholesale footprint and quantify consolidation opportunity

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated track record of owning commercial outcomes (retention, expansion revenue, upsell) within a named account portfolio
  • Strong analytical fluency with BI tools (Looker, Mode, Snowflake) to build business cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to brand founders with conviction

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Background in wholesale, retail supply chain, 3PL operations, or fulfillment
  • Experience at a marketplace or platform company with both buyer and seller stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM/support tooling
