Description

You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric or adult clients in their homes, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and executing doctors' orders while building meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
