You'll drive adoption of Tandem Health's AI platform within Dutch GP practices, working with contracted care groups to onboard and activate individual clinics. Your core impact is mapping stakeholders and running structured outreach to ensure smooth rollouts. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive adoption within contracted care groups by activating individual GP practices.
- Map and manage stakeholders across care groups and practices.
- Run structured email and calling outreach, scheduling meetings and supporting events.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and report weekly on adoption progress and blockers.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in a commercial role (BDR/SDR/inside sales), ideally in healthtech or SaaS.
- Comfortable working with structured outreach and KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked).
- Clear communication in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Organized and persistent with ability to manage multiple practices concurrently.

- Experience selling into Dutch primary care, care groups, or healthtech.
- Familiarity with EHR workflows in GP settings.
- Experience supporting rollouts and adoption, not just net-new sales.
