💼 About This Role

You'll work alongside a mentor teacher in a shared classroom to implement core curriculum and manage student behavior. You'll gradually take on greater responsibility for whole-group instruction while earning your teaching certification. This residency offers a supportive pathway into teaching with priority placement at Rocketship California Schools after completion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work alongside lead teacher to implement STEM and Humanities curriculum.
• Analyze student assessment data to inform instruction.
• Lead differentiated small group instruction for intervention and tutoring.
• Gradually assume responsibility for whole-group instruction and leading core lessons.

📋 Requirements

• Interest in becoming a teacher
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Undergraduate GPA of 3.0+ or GPA Exemption Letter
