Description
You will identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships and commercial agreements to drive the clinical launch of Natera's early cancer detection platform. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product, and Clinical Affairs to align external opportunities with internal strategy.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of business development or corporate development in biopharma, diagnostics, or life sciences
- Track record of leading and closing strategic collaboration and licensing agreements
- Strong scientific and commercial understanding of oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas
- Bachelor’s in healthcare, life sciences, or related field
- Experience in diagnostics, software, life sciences, or private equity/venture capital
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships with suppliers and clinical study partners
- Lead negotiations, structure agreements, and drive to closure with Legal, Finance, and executive leadership
- Build pipeline of opportunities by understanding landscape and technologies in Early Cancer Detection
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Product, and Clinical Affairs to align external opportunities with internal strategy
