💼 About This Role

You'll join a family-owned industry leader specializing in commercial doors and security products. You'll build relationships and drive sales with decision makers across Tucson, managing the full sales cycle from lead to close. This role offers a base salary plus competitive commission structure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with decision makers to influence purchase of commercial door products
• Cultivate sales with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients
• Develop scope of work and manage proposals from initial call to close
• Maintain and update CRM system daily

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, highly preferred
• 3+ years outside sales experience
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Valid Driver's License

• Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs
