• Draft, review and negotiate SaaS commercial agreements including MSAs and enterprise contracts
• Support EU and US privacy compliance in day-to-day operations
• Translate legal complexity into clear options and business-oriented recommendations
• Own matters end-to-end with strong preparation, documentation, and disciplined follow-through

📋 Requirements

• SaaS experience in contracting, privacy, or compliance
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Business-oriented and pragmatic mindset
