Requirements

Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook
Comply with all OSHA, ISO, and company standards
Communicate well and respectfully with others
Reliable in attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

Pack, sort, and stack products accurately
Operate line production, labeling, and packaging
Assist with inventories per customer/management request
Validate use and continuous improvement of production processes
Report safety, quality, near misses, accidents, and product damages
