💼 About This Role

You'll manage a high volume of disputes matters for a fast-growing livestream shopping platform, supporting Litigation Counsel and keeping legal operations running smoothly. This six-month contract role has potential to convert to full-time and offers exposure to innovative AI-driven legal tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and triage incoming disputes matters for accurate intake
• Draft initial responses to users following established protocols
• Maintain and organize case tracking systems
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather facts and documentation
• Support Litigation Counsel in preparing materials for active matters

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of paralegal or legal support experience in litigation or disputes
• Experience with demand letter intake and response drafting
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills to manage large volume of matters

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with legal matter management tools
• Experience with AI platforms like GC AI, Claude CoWork, Glean
• Prior experience at a tech company or fast-paced startup
