You'll partner with engineering, research, policy, and operations teams at a defence AI company to deliver performance and talent development programmes. You'll cultivate deep internal networks and business acumen to act as a credible, well-informed partner rather than a distant function. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support performance framework execution including probation and calibration processes
• Build manager capability through training sessions and resources
• Serve as primary contact for people policies and German employment law
• Guide managers through team scaling, performance conversations, and organisational change
• Cultivate internal networks across German and European teams

📋 Requirements

• HR business partnering or generalist HR experience
• German employment law knowledge
• Performance management or talent development process experience
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse people metrics

• High-growth technology, defence, or deep-tech experience
• Organisational design or workforce planning exposure
