You'll manage enrollment operations and recruitment strategies for Mastery's Camden schools. You'll drive student recruitment and re-enrollment through data management and community engagement. This role offers a signing bonus and a chance to ensure every child has access to excellent public education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with school teams to drive student recruitment and re-enrollment.
• Manage student claiming process in Genesis (SIS).
• Maintain enrollment records in PowerSchool Enrollment (PSE).
• Troubleshoot PowerSchool issues for school staff.
• Centralize re-enrollment data process for Camden schools.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-5 years of professional experience in student enrollment or related field
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with recruitment activities such as canvassing and phone banking
