🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and lead the Concierge team daily.
• Train and mentor staff in luxury service standards.
• Coordinate with departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Handle escalated guest inquiries and service requests.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in hospitality or property management.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.

• Experience in luxury or multi-use property settings.
• Knowledge of Los Angeles area attractions and events.
