💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone and client-facing lead for program execution of autonomous defense systems, ensuring on-time delivery from pilot through mass production. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as single point of contact for defense customers throughout program execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of autonomous systems.
• Drive product lifecycle from engineering pilot through industrialization and mass production.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program-level technical and administrative risks.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management with delivery execution focus.
• Significant experience as a Program or Project Manager in the defense sector.
• Mandatory experience in the drone or autonomous systems industry.
• Proven track record managing complex deliveries and mass-production programs with client interface.
