Description

In this role, you will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and provide physical and psychological support to residents and families. You will be part of a person-centered care environment that respects residents' autonomy and dignity.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR certification
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired
• Long term care experience preferred
