You'll join a high-impact sales team at Townsquare Media, owning a book of business and helping local businesses grow through consultative sales and digital marketing solutions. You'll prospect new clients and manage long-term relationships while collaborating with market leadership to exceed goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent full portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle
