Description

You will own the full apparel product development lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met across Product Development, Technical Design, and Production. You'll manage vendor scorecard KPIs and lead cost management initiatives. This role is critical to driving our mission of sustainable fashion forward.

• Experience in apparel product development
• Strong understanding of cost structures
• Ability to manage multiple milestones and vendors
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Proactive problem-solving and root cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full apparel product development process
• Track and manage BOM accuracy, sample tracking, and approvals
• Ensure vendor scorecard KPIs (lead time, on-time development, quality) are met
• Lead exception management with vendors, analyzing root causes of delays
• Manage product cost structure and vendor cost negotiations
