πΌ About This Role
You'll manage full lifecycle planning and execution of corporate events for a leading global brand experience agency. You'll ensure seamless delivery of events including financial management, vendor coordination, and onsite logistics. This role offers exposure to global events for Fortune 500 clients.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage full life-cycle event planning and execution for virtual, in-person, and hybrid events
- Develop and manage budgets, expense processing, and post-event financial reconciliation
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues and suppliers
- Coordinate registration, F&B, transportation, accommodations, AV, and speaker logistics
π Requirements
- 5β7+ years of event management experience, preferably in corporate or financial environment
- Experience managing senior clients and C-level executive events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and project management
- Willingness to travel 20-40% for site visits and onsite management
β¨ Nice to Have
- Virtual event experience with Webex and Zoom
- Experience with Cvent and large databases
- Knowledge of venues and suppliers in key US cities
