You will own the full customer lifecycle for strategic clients in Bogotá, building trust with decision-makers, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities to position Clara as the #1 spend management solution for enterprise customers in Colombia.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success in B2B
  • Experience onboarding and growing relationships with enterprise clients

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and engage existing ones to maximize retention
  • Manage portfolio of accounts with sell-in, sell-out, and performance analyses
  • Execute tailored sales and marketing plans to grow usage and expand accounts
  • Forecast commercial performance and track key account health
