Description

You'll lead the **data strategy** for acquisition and channel marketing, owning the **Demand Model** and **attribution logic**. Your work will directly optimize how SimplePractice finds and converts new users across paid and organic channels.

Requirements

• **8+ years** of data analysis experience with growth marketing focus.
• **Expert-level SQL** and **Python** skills.
• Experience with **Snowflake**, **DBT**, and **Tableau**.
• Proven experience handling **semi-structured API data** (JSON).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Demand Model to predict new customer growth.
• Run deep-dive analyses into channel performance (Google Ads, Meta).
• Architect and maintain marketing attribution logic.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for landing pages and acquisition funnels.
