You'll drive customer outcomes as a strategic advisor for MongoDB’s top-tier clients, guiding them through the customer journey and accelerating time-to-value. Core impact: proactively mitigate risks, build executive relationships, and influence product roadmap through customer feedback.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Advise customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
- Lead in-person executive business reviews and strategic account planning
- Collaborate with product engineering to influence future roadmap
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in customer success, technical account management, or similar role for technical product
- 4+ years accountability for customer health and revenue for Global 2000 accounts
- Ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions for customer portfolio
- Demonstrated continuing technical education (e.g., MongoDB DBA, cloud certifications)

- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology
- Experience with MongoDB Atlas and consumption-based models
- Background in Forbes Global 2000 customer segments
