You'll drive customer outcomes as a strategic advisor for MongoDB’s top-tier clients, guiding them through the customer journey and accelerating time-to-value. Core impact: proactively mitigate risks, build executive relationships, and influence product roadmap through customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Advise customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews and strategic account planning
  • Collaborate with product engineering to influence future roadmap

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer success, technical account management, or similar role for technical product
  • 4+ years accountability for customer health and revenue for Global 2000 accounts
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions for customer portfolio
  • Demonstrated continuing technical education (e.g., MongoDB DBA, cloud certifications)

  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology
  • Experience with MongoDB Atlas and consumption-based models
  • Background in Forbes Global 2000 customer segments
