You'll lead Rho's product direction and own execution, partnering with design and engineering to set the product vision. You'll translate company strategy into an opinionated roadmap and build for founders' unspoken needs. • Shape product direction and own the product roadmap
• Lead and grow a team of 6 product managers
• Prototype, pressure-test, and iterate alongside design and engineering
• Set the tempo and remove friction in product org

📋 Requirements

• Launched 0 to 1 product builds with meaningful customer impact
• Led product at a high-growth startup and shipped loved products
• Deep empathy for founders and early-stage company dynamics
• Communicates with clarity and conviction, aligns teams, makes hard calls
