You'll manage some of the world's biggest retail brands, partnering with Account Executives to drive renewals and retention. You'll be the trusted advisor for customer strategy and feature adoption. This role offers the chance to work with enterprise customers and grow with an industry-leading team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to drive renewals and retention
- Build shared Success Plans and provide strategic guidance
- Proactively analyze product usage to identify risks and opportunities
- Coordinate with Technical Support and other teams for seamless client experience
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or related field
- Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, or Marketing Automation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise customers over 1,000 employees
- Knowledge of APIs, HTML, or Marketing Analytics
