You'll manage some of the world's biggest retail brands, partnering with Account Executives to drive renewals and retention. You'll be the trusted advisor for customer strategy and feature adoption.   • Partner with Account Executives to drive renewals and retention
  • Build shared Success Plans and provide strategic guidance
  • Proactively analyze product usage to identify risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate with Technical Support and other teams for seamless client experience

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or related field
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, or Marketing Automation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise customers over 1,000 employees
  • Knowledge of APIs, HTML, or Marketing Analytics
